EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At HafizTrader, we strive to provide a smooth, reliable, and worry-free shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange guidelines carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The exchange request is submitted within the 7-day time frame.
  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product received differs from the original order.
  • Something described in the product description is missing from the package.

Please note: Claims submitted after 7 days of receiving the product cannot be entertained.

Exchange Process

  • Once the product is returned, our team will inspect it to verify the issue.
  • After successful verification, we will issue a replacement of equal value, which will be sent with your next order.
  • For exchanges requested due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Exchange Conditions

  • Products are eligible for exchange only if they are in original condition—unused, undamaged, with all tags, stickers, and original packaging intact.
  • All products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the exchange results in a difference in order value:
  • If the new item costs less, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit. If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
  • The exchange process may take up to 2 days in major cities and up to 4 days in other cities.

Discounted Items

  • Discounted or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned products.
